What documents do I need to send outside of the EU?

Travelling outside the EU requires commercial invoices at all times. The necessary documents will be printed along with the airway bill label at the end of your order.

When booking international shipping, you will be asked for details of the parcel. Please ensure that all the information entered on the invoice is correct, with a full breakdown of what is being sent and a value per item. This is a legal requirement and failure to disclose the full contents and values of the parcel may result in it being held by customs in the recipient country. They may also levy charges on the parcel which are outside our control.

Insurance

Our insurance will be offered to you as you are booking your order on to the portal insurance cost is 2.5% of the value of your parcel should you wish to include insurance, you can insure your package up to a maximum of a £10,000  

Maximum weight of parcel

The maximum weight of any parcel can not exceed 70kg

Maximum Length

The maximum length of any single package must not exceed 1.3m (this is also subject to length and girth combined please see volume calculator)

How to send a parcel

This is very simple on our integrated portal with the courier providing your required service; simply log on to the page and follow the step by step details through to completion, this will then give you the opportunity to pay for your order and print your labels for your parcels
